Services Provided

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or designated booking platform.
  • Payment must be completed prior to or at the time of service, as per the chosen payment method.
  • We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed appointments.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
  • Customers must arrive at the pickup location on time. We are not liable for delays caused by late arrivals.

Safety and Conduct

  • For the safety of all passengers, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disorderly, or poses a risk to our drivers or vehicles.
  • All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the ride.
